Trusts
Trusts provide a flexible way to manage and protect your assets, offering benefits such as avoiding probate, minimising tax liabilities, and providing for specific beneficiaries or charitable organisations.
We are able to assist you with the preparation of trust deeds to create a trust, deal with the necessary formalities of Trust registration where needed and assist you with ongoing trust administration which may include annual trustee meetings and minutes, and preparation of trust accounts.

Tax Planning
Effective tax planning is an integral part of estate planning to help minimise tax liabilities for both you and your beneficiaries.
Our team is made up of both solicitors and chartered tax advisors and so we are able to provide you with comprehensive Inheritance tax advise- which may include the utilisation of trusts, family investment companies, implementation of growth shares within a business, impact of gifting to individuals and trusts and the preparation of a full Inheritance Tax Report summarising your current liability and suggested actions to take to mitigate it.

Our costs
Many of our services are on a fixed fee basis as transparency with clients is very important to us. Our advisors will advise you as to the costs of each type of service that may apply to you prior to further work being carried out and will follow up with a formal letter of engagement for your approval.
Where work is being carried out on a time spent basis, we will provide you with cost updates and revised updates as appropriate at regular intervals. Depending on your location, we may be able to provide you with a home visit. If there is an additional cost, which will be outlined to you prior to your appointment.
