We’re proud to share that DJH has achieved B Corp certification, scoring 83.5 points in our assessment by B Lab. But this isn’t just another certificate for the wall – it’s proof that we’re walking the walk when it comes to putting people and sustainability at the heart of everything we do.
For us, this milestone is about more than ticking boxes. It’s about reimagining what an accountancy firm can be when passion for people meets a genuine commitment to doing good.

So what actually is B Corp Certification?
Good question. B Corp Certification is awarded to businesses that meet seriously high standards when it comes to social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Think of it as the gold standard for companies that want to balance profit with purpose.
By achieving this, we’ve joined a global community of over 8,000 businesses who are committed to using business as a force for good. Pretty inspiring stuff.

The road to Net Zero
In 2025, with the help of Carbon Neutral Britain, we completed our second annual Environmental Report measuring our carbon and greenhouse gases. This report measures where we currently are and sets targets to become a carbon neutral business.
As part of our continued net zero journey, we’re proud to have offset our emissions through Carbon Neutral Britain’s Climate Fund. This fund supports projects including:
- Household Solar Lighting in Zambia
- Methane Capture & Power Generation in the Netherlands
- Wind Power in Maharashtra
- Salkhit Wind Farm in Mongolia
All of which have been audited and approved via the United Nations CER, Verra, or Gold Standard – Voluntary Emission Reductions (VER) – the three largest and most regulated carbon offsetting standards in the world.
Through United Nations Certified Emission Reduction Schemes, we are proud to be supporters of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and are utilising these goals to reduce our emissions to achieve our Net Zero goal.

Great Ideas Grants
As part of our commitment to our communities that we call home, in 2020 we launched our annual ‘Great Ideas Grants’ programme.
With a dedicated fund of £20,000, our team has the opportunity to unleash their creativity and pitch innovative ideas that will make a positive impact on the environment, education, physical health, mental health, and social and community development through support of:
