Our Dental Expert Witness work
Although uncommon, if a dentist ever finds themselves in a court case for something relating to the financial or business matters of their practice, then our expert team may be able to assist as an expert witness.
In some instances, an expert witness may be required for your court case – that’s where we come in! As professionals with the requisite knowledge in dental accountancy, we’re able to give an informed opinion to a Court on a relating legal matter. Our team are able to act as your dental expert witness, along with preparing reports for the Court under the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35, the new Family Procedure Rules Part 25, and the Practice Direction.
Areas we can cover include loss of profits and earnings of dentists, valuations of dental practices, work relating to career paths, prospects and training and opportunities of dentists and the effect of life changing incidents on these.
Our experience
