Introducing Matt Orange

We’re thrilled to announce that we have appointed Matt Orange as Head of Indirect Tax.

Matt has been recruited to the newly created role to support the tax team across the group.

Responsible for indirect taxes and primarily VAT and SDLT advice, Matt will provide clients with expert guidance as well as support the tax team with his extensive knowledge and experience in tax law and compliance.

Speaking about his new role, Matt said “I’m thrilled to join DJH in their Tax department at an exciting time for the Group. The brand-new role allows me to expand my expertise and contribute to the firm’s continued success in navigating complex tax transactions.”

Michael Burgess, Tax Director added, “Appointing Matt comes after extensive development of our tax department and supporting the Group’s ambitions. The role will be fundamental in driving strategic advice, enhancing our client services, and building our position as a leader in tax advisory.”

Michael continued, “With Matt’s appointment, we are poised to elevate our capabilities and deliver straight-talking advice to clients, while staying ahead in an ever-evolving tax landscape.”

The news comes after we announced earlier this month that we have rebranded to DJH, from DJH Mitten Clarke.
