A record number of senior promotions for our team

We’re thrilled to announce a record number of thirteen senior promotions, developing the leadership pipeline across our Manchester, Walsall and Stoke-on-Trent offices.

As a proud top 50 accountancy firm, the raft of promotions comes after a year of continued growth, with 8 acquisitions in the last 12 months.

James Beardmore, Chief Operating Officer, said, “I am thrilled to see so many of the team from across different departments continue to develop and grow their career. At DJH Mitten Clarke, we encourage ambition, and it is essential that opportunities are created for both learning and progression.

The promotions include the appointment of Director of Marketing & Communications, Hayley Plimley, and Head of Learning & Development, Chris Rawlinson, further strengthening our leadership team.

Hayley commented, “Since I joined DJH Mitten Clarke in late 2020, the business has evolved in a way none of us would have ever imagined. This has provided an incredible opportunity for the whole team to grow and develop with the Group, working together to deliver amazing things to both enhance our client service and create a fantastic place to work.”
