James Beardmore

I joined the company in February 2019. With a background in Law (specialising in Commercial Property) and Estate Agency, why did I join a firm of accountants…? Good question! My role as Chief Operating Officer is all about being the integrator, and working on the business.

I’m responsible for the business plan and any special projects we are rolling out, as well as leading, managing and driving accountability across all divisions. And the bit I love the most is the people and creating a hugely positive culture.

  Set your vision, outline how you’ll get there and (this is the important bit) stick to it. If you apply this focus and discipline, the opportunities are endless.

• On a Saturday morning, you’ll usually find me…

  Always starts with a 30 min run early doors – whatever the weather! The Beardmore family then start to rouse on my return and I’ll then cook breakfast for all. No better way to start the weekend!
