I joined DJH in December 2023, with 20 years’ experience in financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance within the financial sector. I made the move to the accountancy sector in early 2021, implementing and maintaining the GRC framework for a large independent accountancy firm, alongside completing my MSc in Law, Governance, Risk & Compliance.
With a strong understanding of the GRC function, my main objective has been to implement the function across the Group and embed DJH values within our policies and procedures, whilst fostering transparency and integrity across the Group. My role is varied and focuses on all things compliance, including risk management and governance frameworks, allowing us to remain agile and resilient in a complex regulatory environment.
