Sue Redmond
Executive Director, Manchester
I started work at a local firm in Chorley when I was 18 and finally ended up at Lloyd Piggott in 1994. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant here and became a director in 2001.
As well as looking after my own clients I have also managed the business for many years, and continue to do so now that we are the Manchester division of the DJH team.
-
What makes DJH great?
We come in all shapes and sizes and certainly have no egos. We have a great work ethic and everyone is actively encouraged to always do the right thing for our people, our clients and our business.
-
What’s your most trusted piece of business advice?
Concentrate on what you are good at and enjoy doing, always bring in others to do the rest – they’ll be far better at it than you.
-
Where can you be found on a Saturday morning?
Running around the local park come rain or shine, getting muddy with a great group of people at an outdoor fitness session.
