Rochelle Murinas
Managing Director, DJH People & HR
After many years of undertaking line management roles, I found that I really enjoyed dealing with people and I made a conscious decision to undertake formal training within Human Resources. Embarking on a career journey spanning eighteen years, working extensively in the manufacturing and customer led industries has informed my practical and mindful approach to HR and business.
After gaining my Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management, I decided that I wasn’t content to stop there and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations at Keele University. I was really lucky to gain different perspectives whilst at Keele University working closely with Trade Union Representatives.
I became a Chartered Member of the CIPD along with becoming an accredited Institute of Leadership and Management Executive Coach in 2022.
What really excites me is seeing Companies grow, especially through positive and rewarding engagement with their employees.

On a Saturday morning, you’ll usually find me…
Relaxing watching James Martin cook up some culinary delights with a nice cup of coffee before preparing to organise the family for the rest of the weekend.
