Richard Crook

I spent a decade heading up the M&A team at one of the largest consolidators of dental practices in the UK. In 2014 I joined a regional healthcare consolidator in the physiotherapy and rehabilitation space leading the business day to day whilst delivering its expansion plans both organically and inorganically. In late 2018 I founded Senovo Health, a boutique dental broker, using my M&A experience to help dental practice owners sell their businesses. Senovo Health is now part of the DJH Group.

As M&A Director my role is to help plan and execute the acquisition strategy that allows the company to achieve its ambitious growth targets. Building and maintaining relationships with the various stakeholders in that process is key.

• What’s your most trusted piece of business advice?

  Push and have confidence in yourself, and always treat others how you would like to be treated (that might be two pieces…)

• Where can you be found on a Saturday morning?

  I wish I knew but usually always involves taking the youngest to football training.
