Continuous Improvement Manager
I joined DJH in March 2022 as an Assistant Client Manager in the Manchester office. After working with both the Manchester and Stoke offices, around a year later I was asked if I was interested in taking a different path into the world of Continuous Improvement Manager, working in the tech team under the CTO.
As a qualified accountant, I didn’t expect to have a career change, but it was the best decision!
My role involves working with all of the teams across all offices; providing training, rolling out new software, as well as helping the new offices make best use of our centralised tech stack.
Every day I learn something new, as the technology in our industry is moving so quickly. We work really hard to stay ahead of it all. My role is really fast-paced and varied, which is something I really enjoy.

Not too often, but some weekends and a couple of week nights are dedicated to playing badminton, I currently play in 2 teams and for Lancashire which is my home county.
