Mike Forshaw

With over 40 years of experience in general practice, predominantly with mid-tier accountancy firms, I’m a chartered accountant who holds RI status in respect of audit work. I’ve headed up the Liverpool team for a number of years and have built long-standing relationships with many clients.

I bring a breadth of knowledge across all aspects of general practice, covering audit and assurance, personal and corporate taxation, and regulatory and compliance issues. My experience spans a whole range of business sectors including agriculture, construction and supply and hire companies, manufacturing, professional services, retail, leisure, haulage and logistics.

I specialise in advising owner-managed businesses, working with everything from new start-ups to large and complex enterprises. My approach is built on understanding that every business is unique and requires tailored solutions.
