I joined the business as a School-Leaver in the Audit & Accounts department in 2013, transitioning to the Corporate Finance team in 2018.

I am now a Director in the Corporate Finance team with my specialisms including M&A and Transaction Services. As part of the M&A services, I offer sell-side or buy-side advice to SME’s. My experience primarily relates to entities who may be looking to sell their Business for the first time or make their first acquisition. As a transaction services specialist, I have extensive experience in corporate acquisitions, private equity, and debt transactions.

I’ve worked with a range of sectors including Software, Financial Services and Football Clubs. On the latter, I have assisted UK and Overseas Buyers of English Football Clubs which, as a keen football fan myself, has been very rewarding.
