I began my career in the Financial Services industry, starting in recruitment and combining it with HR after a promotion in January 2018,

I really enjoyed the HR side of my role and made that the focus of my career, driving successful HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention and work culture, and gaining my CIPD Level 5 Diploma in 2020.

I joined the team in 2024 and my role sees me providing operational HR support to our clients, from contracts and policies to redundancy, disciplinaries and grievances.

My passion is working with people, navigating difficult situations, and achieving a successful outcome.
