With a strong background in recruiting Finance and Accounting professionals across diverse industries, I first connected with DJH as a client. After years of close collaboration, I joined the firm in 2023 as Head of Talent to establish and lead the Talent Acquisition department.

  “Great things never came from comfort zones” – true growth in business happens when we step outside our comfort zones. Embracing change, taking risks, and challenging the status quo unlocks new opportunities and drives success. Comfort may feel safe, but growth thrives in the unknown.

  Taking my working cocker spaniel for a long walk around the Leicestershire countryside, usually ending up at a park for my little one to have a play and a café to enjoy a coffee and croissant.
