James O’Sullivan

I joined DJH in 2022 and qualified shortly thereafter. Following a successful period in the Audit team, I joined the Corporate Finance team in 2025. My role involves supporting clients through every stage of a transaction from valuations and due diligence to advisory support and deal execution.

I bring with me a strong technical grounding in financial reporting and a keen interest in helping businesses achieve their strategic goals through data-driven insight. Having worked closely with a range of clients across different sectors, I’m passionate about delivering clear, practical advice that adds real value.

I’m continuing to develop my expertise within the transactional and advisory space, driven by a genuine interest in business growth and client success.
