After 17 and a half years in banking, I decided to take on a new challenge and become an accountant in 2008. My new career change started whilst I was still at the bank, I studied and passed my AAT exams within 9 months. This was the reason I made it on the front cover of the August 2008 edition of the AAT magazine as one of the fastest qualified accountants!
Since joining the team in 2008 I have undertaken a variety of roles and progressed to Director in 2014. I now spend my time , supported by the great team at DJH and my external network of contacts to provide accountancy, business support and advice to owner managers businesses. Alongside spending time with the clients and my network of contacts I play a big part in helping to train and develop our internal team and create a great place to work.
