Heeral Ruparelia

I joined the business in October 2022, having previously spent three years in the Audit team of a Big Four firm, where I qualified as a Chartered Accountant. My time in this role involved working with large banking and insurance clients.

I am currently a Manager in the Corporate Finance team, where I have gained extensive experience in buy-side Financial Due Diligence across corporate acquisitions, private equity investments, and debt-funded transactions. I’ve also advised business owners on both the sale of their companies and strategic acquisitions.

My experience spans a range of sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and professional services. I enjoy the variety and unique challenges that each transaction brings and take pride in adding value for our clients.
