Danielle Heron-Brooks

Medical Accounts Manager, Halesowen

I started my accounting career as an apprentice at a small Birmingham city centre firm where I achieved my Level 4 qualification. I then continued my studies at DJH Halesowen (formerly Nicklin), qualifying as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant in 2021 before joining the DJH group.

I manage a diverse portfolio of clients, assisting with annual compliance processes and providing ongoing business advice and support. I love the variety – one day I might be working with a small sole director business, the next with a multi-million pound turnover company. Each brings unique challenges and opportunities.

  • What makes DJH great is

The team! We have a great group of individuals who each have their own specialties, which allows us to provide the best possible service to our clients. That collective expertise means we can tackle any challenge and deliver exceptional results.

  • My most trusted piece of advice in business is

Work hard and have confidence in yourself to achieve your goals! Make sure you surround yourself with people you can trust to provide support and advice. Success comes from combining personal determination with the right support network.

  • On a Saturday morning you'll usually find me...

Getting ready to spend time with family and friends, usually enjoying some good food and a cocktail or two! It’s the perfect way to unwind after a busy week and connect with the people who matter most.
