The discovery stage

Our discovery process involves us coming into your organisation, speaking to all team members, to develop a deeper understanding of what success looks like.

This is then played back to you. It can be done in isolation, giving you data on the team and where we think the focus needs to be to shift the team to become more effective.

We meet with your leadership team to understand your business context, challenges, and aspirations for the team. This conversation helps us tailor our approach specifically to your organisation’s needs.

Step 2 – Team assessment
We conduct thorough interviews and assessments with all team members, observing team dynamics and gathering insights about strengths, challenges, and working relationships.

Step 3 – Report back
We present our comprehensive findings and recommendations, highlighting key areas for development and outlining a proposed coaching journey to transform your team’s effectiveness.
