How does executive coaching works?
-
Step 1: Getting to know you.
This session helps us understand your needs and your personality, allowing us to develop a tailor-made approach, bespoke for you.

-
Step 2: Setting up Goals
After getting to know you, our coaching sessions commence. This step includes setting your coaching goals and mutual expectations.

-
Step 3: Our Approach
We will work closely with you to provide you with the support you need to have clearly defined goals and outcomes, understanding your current reality, and listening deeply throughout the process to uncover what is truly important to you.

-
Step 4: Between Sessions
We consciously review our approach and look for new ways of doing things. We notice the results to date and record actions, our reflections, and outcomes.

-
Step 5: Evaluations
The last step is an evaluation of the coaching, have we achieved what we set out to achieve? Have there been tangible outcomes? We are pretty sure that we can celebrate your success and we conclude by setting out an ongoing development plan.
