Bank feeds

Spend less time with your head in your books with a helping hand from the cloud. Bank reconciliation is no longer such a laborious, manual process. Gone are the days of manual cashbooks, requesting paper statements from the bank and ticking transactions off one by one.

Bank Feeds

The introduction of online banking has brought about the improvement of being able to link your bank (and payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe) to your cloud accounting software. Bank feeds allow you to automatically import transactions from your bank into your cloud accounting software. In turn, this cuts out manual posting, long bank reconciliations and missing transactions.

You can have a dedicated bank feed to reconcile your customer receipts, and the bank feed will automatically deduct the relevant transaction fees. These feeds can be setup within a few minutes by entering your relevant bank account details and connecting it all through the cloud accounting software. We’ve saved the best part until last – if your bank complies with the new open banking regulations, then these feeds are free.
