Novis & Co rebrand to DJH Mitten Clarke

Morley based accountancy firm Novis & Co have announced that they have taken on the DJH Mitten Clarke name, becoming our Leeds office for the Group!

The exciting news comes following the announcement in February 2023 that we acquired Novis & Co.

This is our fourth acquisition in the last two years, and the partnership provides us with a springboard in to West Yorkshire. We currently have offices in Chester, Manchester and Walsall, with our headquarters located in Stoke-on-Trent.

Scott Heath, Chief Executive Officer who leads our 275 plus team commented, “We have seen tremendous growth for DJH Mitten Clarke within the last 12 months, and I’m thrilled that Novis & Co have joined DJH Mitten Clarke supporting us to achieve our ambitious goals for 2023 and beyond.”

“The partnership with Novis & Co will boost our presence in Yorkshire, and will become a significant office for our group.”

Novis’s Managing Director Claire Howarth will continue to lead the Leeds office, with fellow Director Steve Tucker.

When speaking about the partnership, Claire said, “The decision to join forces was the next step for our business. It will allow us to enhance the service that we offer to clients, and create opportunities for the team to grow and develop, aligning with DJH Mitten Clarke’s people first approach.”

The acquisition followed within the same month of appointing Client Service Director Liz McMillan for our office in Walsall.
