How to access solar savings

Learn how to reduce your carbon footprint and your bills.

With the rising cost of energy and a drive to combat climate change, we’re seeing more businesses turn to solar power. If saving on your energy bills and reducing your company’s carbon footprint wasn’t enough, there are tax savings to be made and grants available to help fund the panels too.

We’re currently working with a client whose panels will cost £100k, but they’ve received a £20k grant towards them from the Low Carbon Business Evolution Programme (LCBEP), plus saved £19k in tax, reducing the actual cost to just £61k in total.

The projected payback for the panels from energy savings is expected to be just under 2 years, but if energy costs keep rising this will be even quicker.

Not only is this client’s business doing the right thing for the planet, they’re also reducing their electricity bill almost instantly.

We’ve supported a number of our clients to secure solar grants, so if this sounds like something you’d like to explore, we’d love to help you through the process too.
