Crowned Employer of the Year

Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards 2020

After being announced as finalists in a hattrick of categories at the prestigious Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards 2020, we are extremely excited to have been crowned Employer of the Year. Despite a difficult year for everyone, our team have remained our focus. The team are made up of fantastically passionate and ambitious people who work incredibly hard, so we like to make sure they’re recognised and feel rewarded but we’ve had to do things a bit differently this year.

Managing Director, Scott Heath, said “Our people are what make us special and making sure they’re looked after is my biggest goal. If the team are happy, they’ll deliver for our clients too and ultimately we all win. We will continue to engage our team, putting their aspirations, development, wellbeing and health at the forefront and I know that we will achieve great things together.”

Well done to all of Team MC – we did it!

A special congratulations goes to Jack Farmer of Wealth Experts who reached the final in the Young Employee / Apprentice Award. As a trainee Financial Planner, this is a fantastic personal achievement for Jack and is a reflection on his passion, work ethic and commitment.
