We’ve joined forces with Haines Watts Altrincham

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve joined forces with Haines Watts Altrincham, further enhancing our position in the North-West. This strategic move comes as part of our ongoing growth plans and recent partnership with private equity investor, Tenzing.

The acquisition of Haines Watts Altrincham marks a significant milestone for us, as we aim to bolster our specialist expertise across the Group. The Altrincham office is widely recognised as an adviser to owner-managed businesses and as an expert in the education sector, a niche that aligns with our commitment to delivering specialist advice to its clients.

Haines Watts Altrincham will be seamlessly integrated into DJH Mitten Clarke, becoming the Altrincham office for the Group. This transition, accompanied by substantial investment in facilities, training, wellbeing and recruitment, allows the Altrincham team to enhance their services and meet the evolving needs of clients.

By providing on-the-ground operational support, the partnership aims to empower the Altrincham team to continue delivering exceptional client service and driving growth in the region. The combined strengths and expertise of both teams will enable the delivery of innovative and tailored solutions to businesses in Altrincham and the surrounding areas.

Scott Heath, Chief Executive Officer at DJH Mitten Clarke, expressed his excitement about the acquisition, commenting, “We’re thrilled to welcome the talented Altrincham team to our group. Their knowledge and expertise supporting SMEs and organisations in the education sector, perfectly align with our values and growth strategy. This partnership strengthens our commitment to providing top-tier services to our clients in the North-West.”

Candice Beynon, Director at the Altrincham office said “We are extremely excited about this new partnership as we head into the next chapter at Bridge House. With the availability of more local expertise and support, we will be able to achieve more and further enhance our services. During the initial integration period, we will strive to ensure a smooth transition for both our team and clients and are certain that our shared ambitions will open-up greater opportunities for everyone.”

The news follows the recent announcement of Huddersfield’s Revell Ward  and Nantwich’s Lyon Griffiths joining our Group.
