We’ve been rated an Outstanding Employer

We are proud to announce we have received a 2 Star accreditation from Best Companies.

The accreditation rates us as an Outstanding Employee and is the second highest standard of workplace engagement.

The exceptional result is based on feedback provided by our team through the Best Companies Survey. The survey measures 8 factors of workplace engagement including: wellbeing, leadership and relationships with managers. Employee satisfaction ranked highly across the business, demonstrating its commitment to strive for the very best.

Scott Heath, Executive Director, said “Our aim here at DJH Mitten Clarke is to have a people first approach and become a great place to work for all the team. We want everyone to love coming to work, whether in the office or at home, collaborating in a trusted and valued environment.

“If people are happy, engaged and enjoy what they do, ultimately they will deliver an exceptional experience for our clients and the business will achieve all of its goals. It’s essential for us to work hard on our culture and invest in our team.”

In addition to developing our benefits package, we have also focused on creating a balance for our teams’ lives, through a wellbeing and social programme, learning and development opportunities and community projects.

Operations Director, James Beardmore, added “The 2 Star accreditation is reassuring and demonstrates we’re doing lots of the right things for our team. The feedback has also given us key areas to work on, so that we can get better and move forward to achieve our ambition of becoming 3 Star accredited with Best Companies.”

The result comes after a year of growth, with the merger of Mitten Clarke and DJH, plus the acquisition of Manchester’s Lloyd Piggott and Chester’s Morris & Co.
