Lyon Griffiths becomes DJH Mitten Clarke Nantwich

Lyon Griffiths, a well-established accountancy practice based in Cheshire East, has announced it has taken on the DJH Mitten Clarke name, becoming our Nantwich office for the group!

The rebrand follows the announcement in October 2023 that we acquired Lyon Griffiths.

As our fifth acquisition of the year, the partnership provides a springboard into Cheshire East, and was a natural move for the firm with Nantwich being just up the road from our Stoke HQ.

Scott Heath, Chief Executive Officer, said, “We have seen tremendous growth for DJH Mitten Clarke within the last 12 months. The name change boosts the DJH Mitten Clarke brand further, increasing our Group’s presence in Cheshire.”

James Stokes, Director of Lyon Griffiths who will continue to lead the Nantwich office added, “The decision to join forces was the next step for our business. It will allow us to enhance the service that we offer to clients and create opportunities for the team to grow and develop, aligning with DJH Mitten Clarke’s people first approach.”

The news follows our recent hat-trick of acquisitions announcement in October 2023.
