Lewis Pearson promoted to Director at DJH Corporate Finance

Lewis Pearson - DJH Corp Finance Promotion

We are delighted to announce that Lewis Pearson, after a decade of dedication to the group, has been promoted to Director within our Corporate Finance team.

Lewis’s journey began with us as a school leaver in the Audit & Accounts team in 2013, obtaining his Chartered qualification by the age of 22. Over the past decade, he has moved up through the ranks, showing immense dedication and ability.

In 2018, he moved to our Corporate Finance team, and since then, he has worked on transactions that span the UK. Specialising in Merger and Acquisition (M&A) advisory and Transaction Services, he’s been instrumental in supporting SMEs to navigate first-time sales and acquisitions.

His latest role as Director reflects his hard work, expertise, and commitment to delivering only the very best for our clients.

On his promotion, Lewis shared, “I’m absolutely thrilled to step into this role. Working with such a talented team and getting to know our clients over the years has been fantastic. I’m looking forward to helping us grow even further and building those strong, lasting relationships that make this work so rewarding.”

His recent highlights include work on the sale of RJ Urmson Group to HSL Compliance, where his guidance was key in matching the client with the right buyer and ensuring a smooth process, as well as supporting Innov8 Technology Limited with financial due diligence services for the acquisition of Acorn IT Solutions marking a significant milestone in Innov8’s growth journey.

Corporate Finance, Partner, Matt Beckley, expressed his pride in Lewis’s promotion and shared “Lewis’s journey here has been incredible to watch. This promotion is a huge milestone for him and us, and it’s very well-deserved. He’s built great relationships with clients, banks, and private equity firms over the years and has been a key player in our Corporate Finance team.  We’re all excited to see what he’ll bring to the role and our clients in this next chapter.”

It caps an exciting week with the news coming just after DTE took the name DJH.
