£15 million commercial funding already secured in 2022

It’s been a busy start to the year for the Commercial Funding Solutions Team here at DJH Mitten Clarke, with £5.9m of funding completed for six clients in just the first 2 months and a further £6.7m to complete within the next month.

Head of Commercial Funding Solutions, David Wright, said “Activity over the past 3-4 months has been extremely positive with a number of really fantastic deals completing for a number of clients. We are witnessing a growing demand across several sectors, resulting in business owners planning investment in new assets and increased working capital support to deliver the growth or, where required, return to pre-covid trading.”

In addition to the completed deals, in partnership with Morris & Co Dental, January also saw the team secure funding of £4.86m for five dental clients who are now in the process of purchasing their own practice.

David continued, “Having joined DJH Mitten Clarke in May 2021 to create the new funding team, I’m absolutely thrilled with the progress we are making and the support provided to our clients through the funding process. There are an increasing number of funders looking to support SMEs, but choosing the right option is critical not only to ensure it is priced competitively but also to make sure the terms and structure are aligned to management’s goals.”

Our Commercial Funding Solutions Team can provide support across a range of funding options from asset finance, working capital, commercial mortgages and growth / acquisition finance.
